Abbott Diabetes Care, Abbott GmbH is looking for a Digital Solution Manager EMEAP (m/f/d), based in Wiesbaden.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Digital Solution Manager is responsible for creating and executing digital strategies, managing digital projects, and overseeing digital Run Ops teams.Furthermore, it’s the SPOC for migrating upcoming global initiatives (C360 and WEB unification) with our EMEA web presences. Part of the role is to set up “run” processes including ticketing, triage and report on issue management to “keep lights on” of the EMEA Web infrastructure.Also important is owning UX/UI and driving centralized content authoring for product launches.Finally, this role has a consultancy part based on detailed knowledge an skills to support Marketing internal and across EMEA, IT, BOps and BRM in digital tasks.New field of activity with growing importance for digital business is AI. Evaluating usage for Hub & Spoke and Conversational UI is starting now and will be a focus in near future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Major Accountabilities

Lead Content Operations and Strategy to deliver all content focused projects for AEM websites (B2C & B2B) managing 2 contingent workers.Customer centricity: Marketing expert for technical infrastructure, information architecture and site features, business lead for issue management and execute site improvements to enhance the effectiveness of SEO and onsite experience.EMEA Business Lead for RUN Operations, responsible for 8 people for bug fixing and small projects and FA support to prioritize projects, resources and ensure on time and in budget.Commercial execution: Responsible for web website maintenance to use the website as the central hub for user relevant product information and services success performance based.UI/UX - ADS business lead for EMEA & SPOC for Global Digital Experiences. Marketing SPOC for product enhancement and & new product release on ADS.Design and operationalize websites in service of commercial, brand and product strategies that ensure operational efficiencies and consistency across EMEA considering the current and future digital customer experience.Support local teams in driving best in class website through consideration, adoption, onboarding, and retention journey aligned with the overall customer experience across channels.Consultancy internal EMEA Marketing and external as Digital Marketing SPOC for BRM, GCX and IT.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Higher education in business, marketing and technical experience managing automated
omnichannel programsExpert knowledge of WEB CMS - Experience with Adobe EM Cloud, SEO,Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics or similar toolsKnowledge of digital marketing metricsMust have worked in enterprise-level marketing automation productsVery experienced of initiating and executing projects and campaigns through a customer first strategyProven communication skills and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Marketing, Analytics, IT, Regulatory and other Key FunctionsStrong relationship management skills. Ability to build relationships and work in project team,
trust and influence with internal clients and other key stakeholders.Ability to deliver clear and concise messages, management reports and presentations.Fluent in spoken and written English.Excellent organizational skills. Strong project management skills.Keen awareness and adherence to timelines.A willingness to travel and work in an international team.
