Serve as a vital bridge between the digital transformation team and business units, establishing strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the value chainOversee the end-to-end process of solution design and deployment, ensuring projects are executed with precision, on time, and within budgetEmploy robust project management methodologies to manage complex, cross-functional projects that span multiple business units and geographiesLead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes, minimizing disruption and maximizing employee engagement and productivityDesign and deliver training programs and support frameworks to empower users and foster a culture of digital proficiency. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages cross-pollination of ideas between the digital team and operational, engineering, and business departmentsInfluence and align diverse stakeholder groups, including senior management, to ensure buy-in and support for digital initiativesStay abreast of emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices in the Oil & Gas industry, integrating innovative solutions that can provide competitive advantageChampion a culture of continuous improvement and agile response to market and technological changes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferredProfessional certifications relevant to digital transformation, digital financial solutions, project management, lean management is a plusMinimum of 10 years of professional experience with a significant focus on finance and accounting within the Oil & Gas industryProven track record of leading and delivering successful digital transformation projects, indicating an ability to manage complex, technology-driven initiatives from conception through to implementationExtensive experience in strategic planning and execution within a digital context, demonstrating the capability to align digital solutions with business objectives and industry demandsDemonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and projects, highlighting skills in team building, motivation, and achieving results through collaborationSignificant experience in stakeholder management, adept at engaging with and influencing senior executives, business unit leaders, and external partners to drive digital adoption and transformation initiativesFamiliarity with the latest digital technologies and their application in improving productivity in financial operations, reporting, and compliance
