The Digital Solutions Analyst is a member of the site tech@lilly team and will have responsibility for integration and support of IT solutions across the Kinsale site. This position will play a key role on the site’s journey for implementing more digital ways of working and paperless operations. The role is multifaceted and the candidate will be expected to act as a project leader or project team member during the implementation of new digital solutions and also supporting existing systems and helping the business to get maximum value from them.

Key Responsibilities

Develop in-depth knowledge of IT functionality of relevant applications to aid in go-live, upgrade and maintenance activitiesProvide oversight and ownership for site validation activities associated with digital applications, in accordance with site and corporate procedures and GMP guidelines.Develop a network both on and offsite to help ensure that the site has access to appropriate support teams.Understand the local use cases for globally supplied solutions and ensure that the implementation meets Kinsale business needsWork closely with other Kinsale tech@lilly resources to ensure that solutions compliment others already live or planned so avoid duplication of effort.Lead project teams in new and upgrading of technology platformsWork with the Digital Plant Consultants to help the site strategize on its future technology roadmapTake part in compliance forums and ensure that all applications under their remit remains in a validated state.Responsible for coordinating periodic tasks associated with live applications.Developing project proposals, schedules and resource needs.Participate in and support audit activitiesEnsure that IT site inventory remains accurateRepresent the site and share knowledge at corporate forumsResolve system problems using data analysis and problem solving skillsParticipate, contribute and report at team meetingsImplementing system / platform upgrades.Promoting use of system functionality to improve work processes.Providing system enhancements.Interacting with external parties (e.g., vendors, consortiums).Provide troubleshooting/help to others in the IT department when necessary.Develop and maintain system SOPs

Required Skills

3-5 years’ experience delivering and supporting IT systems /platforms.Pharma experience and knowledge of GMP, CSV and data integrity requirementsDemonstrated learning agility both technically as well as business processes and applicationsDemonstrated initiative to build relationships, learn new business processes and identify opportunitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsActive listening and leadership skills

Desired Skills

Knowledge of IT infrastructure platforms and ISA S95 architectureBroad knowledge of GMP systems, and knowledge of Industry 4.0 and IOT technologyProject management experienceFamiliar with Agile methodologiesKnowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, JMP, BO etc

Educational Requirements:

BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Comparable industry experience will also be considered.
