Digital Solutions Business Analyst

Job Description:

Digital solutions in Terex Aftersales launched in recent years and additional integrations will complete this new ecosystem. To support these deployments, the Digital Solutions Business Analyst will be responsible for consolidating and expanding the network of connected dealers to these digital solutions.

This includes working with business stakeholders and dealer network to gather goals and outline requirements, translate into practical enhancements, coordinate with multiple source data owners, and then promote the deployment of the digital solutions.

CDI (Connected Dealer Inventory) is one major initiative within Digital Solutions whose main objective is helping dealers plan their inventory of Terex parts, through a web cloud solution connecting Terex and Dealer systems. This role includes developing demand forecasts and stocking proposals for Terex dealers based on their end customer historical demand trends. He / She will be responsible to cover all the operational tasks to develop inventory strategies, processes and tools to improve availability of parts at point of sale. This role will also be responsible for analyzing and monitoring performance of the CDI connected dealers as well as onboarding new dealers in the various digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

Basic forecast modeling and analyticsReviewing and Releasing the Inventory Stocking Recommendations to the connected CDI dealersCommunicate with dealers to ensure the smooth running of operations.Monitor and report CDI dealers performance and action accordinglyInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve order errors and liaise with the relevant departments promptly.Identify and update relevant planning attributes and configurations in the CDI toolContinuously monitor & improve the CDI solution with the overall objective to improve parts availability of PoSProvide accurate and timely reporting - identify business risks and opportunitiesActively support development of the overall CDI program, providing coaching & training to internal stakeholders as well as participating dealersCollaborate with the various departments throughout the organization to determine requirements for upcoming projects.Support as required other Aftersales Digital Initiatives, such as e-Commerce

Qualifications:

Understanding of material/inventory planningKnowledge of any kind of software related to demand planning is desirable.Structured approach, data-driven and analyticalThe ability to demonstrate proficiency in statistics, forecasting with an understanding of their financial and operational impactExcellent computer and Excel skillsExcellent written and spoken English, other languages are a plusAbility to interact successfully in different culturesStrong collaboration and decision-making skillsGood communication and presentation skills

Language:  Excellent written and spoken English

Travel:  Must be willing and able to travel (approximately 10%)
