Your Key Responsibilities

 

Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation while adhering to global automation standards. Engage actively in brainstorming sessions aimed at identifying, prioritizing, and validating potential use cases for automation and digital solutions. Drive the design, conceptualization, and delivery of digital solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency, ensuring adherence to established standards and best practices. Conduct thorough testing and validation of digital solutions to confirm their effectiveness, reliability, and compliance with automation standards before they go live. Provide sustained operational support for deployed solutions, addressing emerging challenges and proposing enhancements, all within the framework of standardized processes. Stay current with digital trends and advancements in digital tools, recommending new opportunities for the organization. Travel in the assigned region for up to 25% of your time to connect with stakeholders and understand their needs fully.

  Your Qualifications University degree in economics, business administration, (business) informatics, or a comparable field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field, ideally in business process consulting, operational excellence roles, citizen development roles, or similar positions. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to comprehend business processes and identify automation oppor-tunities. Experience in facilitating workshops to unveil process improvement opportunities and streamline workflows. Familiarity with agile development methodologies; you don't need to be an expert, but comfort in contributing to agile practices (like defining user stories) is essential. Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts and present them to varied audiences. A results-driven mindset with a hands-on approach, demonstrating a willingness to dive into and learn about technological possibilities to effectively leverage low-code solutions. A record of international experience (either professional or educational). Business fluent English, other languages would be an advantage Hands-on experience (business or citizen development) with low-code platforms (preferably Mendix), or AI tools would be a fantastic bonus!
