This role requires technical expertise and project management skills to successfully deliver solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. In this role YOU will.. Plan, execute, and deliver digital transformation projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Define project objectives and manage resources to ensure alignment with organizational priorities. Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency in pharmaceutical workflows. Utilize Power BI for advanced data visualization, enabling data-driven decision-making. Evaluate, deploy, and optimize digital solutions specific to pharmaceutical operations, including MES, EBR, and QC systems. Manage risks, communicate progress to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical experts to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Why YOU? Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Biotechnology, Engineering, or similar). Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Experience with AI technologies and their application in operational or analytical workflows. Expertise in Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and DAX. Familiarity with key digital tools for pharma, such as MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), EBR (Electronic Batch Records), or LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency required). Desirable Qualifications & Skills: Experience in project management within the pharmaceutical sector, including managing digital transformation initiatives. Knowledge or experience with robotics solutions for pharmaceutical applications (e.g., automated processes, collaborative robots). Experience in smart manufacturing or digital transformation within the pharmaceutical sector. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., GxP, FDA, EMA). Hands-on experience with other BI tools or analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
