Digital Solutions Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Solutions Lead to join our MMB team in Bangkok. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital solutions that align with our strategic objectives. This role requires a blend of consulting skills, technical knowledge, project management skills, and stakeholder t skills.

This position is part of Thailand Mercer Marsh Benefits, and will be based Bangkok, Thailand office, reporting into Mercer Marsh Benefits Leader.

The Digital Solutions acts as benefit technology consultant for MMB responsible for benefits management technology implementation as well as, lead the new system design, build, and execution of various new benefit management solutions

Digital Solutions will be tasked with leading in existing digital solutions implementation project with various clients in various industries as well as co-developing new local digital solutions related but not limited to benefit management. Digital solutions will work closely with MMB’s global digital solutions team and operation hub to ensure client’s requirements are met and within timely manner.  Also, you will need to manage stakeholders in the project to ensure that we can deliver the solutions smoothly.

Leadership: Lead the digital solutions, providing guidance and mentorship to colleges while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to define the digital solutions strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored digital solutions that enhance their business operations.

Technology Integration: Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools that improve efficiency and effectiveness in delivering digital solutions.

Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital initiatives and continuously improve processes based on data-driven insights.

Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

What you need to have: 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology,or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

8+ years of experience in digital solutions, project management, or a related field, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.

Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, and software development.

Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.

Proficiency in both English and Thai.
