If so, Desoutter Industrial Tools is looking for a Digital Solutions Specialist who thrives on delivering value through Industry 4.0 Solutions. Thrive on discovering new and practical ways to solve real customer issues and show persistence in seeing things through to get results.

Roles and Responsabilities:

Transformational growth for our Motion Capture Product Line, Nexonar throughout North America (USA, Mexico, and Canada).Drive transformation within the customer base, focusing our Industry 4.0 smart connected Eco system products, projects & services to deliver value added impact to our end users.Develop and assist in driving business opportunities with company service portfolio, data driven and process control solutions.Build sales, service, marketing, and projects competency development as a recurring revenue model for the team.Collaborate with Service to ensure alignment with customer implementation and long term support needs and to cultivate recurring revenue models.Other duties as needed. 

To succeed, you will need  

Qualifications

High level technical proficiency/understanding of various software solutions used in a manufacturing environment, such as PLCs, MESs, and process control solutions.Must have strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.Must be flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Ability to interact with all levels in the organization with a professional and positive manner.Capable of performing professional presentations and demonstrations.Effective capability with Microsoft Office programs with upper Excel and Power BI knowledge.Proficient with SAP and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce.com)

Experience

2 years’ experience in business development and leading sales and marketing teamsBusiness development planning  and executionLeading and creating high performing teams without direct supervision of team members

Education

University degree or equivalent work experience in business development & leading sales and marketing teams

Travel

Up to or at times exceeding 50% overnight travel throughout North America, including Canada, Mexico, and occasionally other international travel
