Fulfill the primary objectives laid out above. 2. To promote, demonstrate and sell the complete range of CAD CAM and its integration with 3D Imaging products within the assigned region. 3. To complete all relevant paperwork relating to all products sold and ensure the upkeep of CEREC database. 4. To identify and target critical end-users/ key opinion leaders within RSA & SSA.
 5. To report on the activities of competitors. 6. To establish a working relationship with critical Universities, Institutions and End-users.
 7. To instigate and operate marketing programs/ events together with the Sales Manager. To plan, organise & control suitable CAD CAM events/ programs. 8. To support & train customers in terms of product operation together with Product Managers and/or Clinical trainers. To co-operate with the local branch of the ISCD i.e. SAACD (South African Academy of Computerized Dentistry) in terms of training protocols and organization of CAD CAM & CBCT trainings for new users. Organise and plan CAD CAM training program. 9. To assist with site inspections and project planning of customers premises and facilities. 10. Visit Drs on site to provide "tips and tricks" plus support in relation to issues on using CEREC. 11. Training of all sales people in use of ALL CAD CAM products at least once per quarter. Ensure that there is a regular Sales Training Program for Dealers, Sales Managers and Sales People. 12. Field and support Drs telephonically 13. Ensure that all CEREC users are visited x 2 per year to ensure satisfaction and proper use of technology. 14. Hand over new CERECs to Drs on installation. This will often be with an engineer.
