Digital Specialist

Purpose:

As a member of the Brizo brand team, the Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the brand’s digital presence to increase brand advocacy and engagement for the Brizo brand. Collaborating with internal and external teams, you will:

Cultivate a deep understanding of our products, innovations, and target audiences.Plan, create, edit and update brand website content and features to improve user experience, and support the brand’s digital strategy and product launches.Coordinate and manage digital marketing projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project and brand goals.Monitor and analyze digital content and marketing performance using analytics tools and provide insights to improve future initiatives.Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing strategies.


 

Responsibilities: 

Collaborate with brand, channel marketing, digital experience, customer data and other internal departments to provide technical digital marketing support to the Brizo brand team. Advise team on digital analytics data use & strategy to inform content development.Execute the go-to-market strategy on brand website to support all new product launches including site navigation, user experience, Product Information Management (PIM) responsibilities, and post-launch audits.Manage the website’s content, including creating new pages and functionality, editing and auditing existing content, and removing outdated content.Identify and troubleshoot website technical issues.Stay up to date with the latest web design and development trends and technologies. Identify ways to improve website UX, identifying and fulfilling opportunities for website improvement based on user feedback and performance metrics.Increase traffic and engagement to the website. Apply SEO and SEM best practices and strategies while ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone of voice.Support and execute email marketing efforts, including split testing, automations, segmentation, and evaluating performance for optimization.Support other cross-functional digital marketing and information service initiatives as necessary including social media, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, CRM, PIM System, etc.

Education & Experience: 

2-5 years of digital marketing, web design and development or related experience with proven experience successfully managing and updating websitesStrong knowledge and experience with Content Management Systems, Drupal preferredExperience in using web analytics tools, such as Google AnalyticsProven experience with web design and UXProficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend revisions/improvementsExperience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword researchExperience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferredComfortable working independently within tight, and often changing, timelines while managing competing prioritiesOccasional travel required
