Digital Strategic Account Manager

As a Digital Strategic Account Manager, you will play an essential role in the growth of the company’s digital revenue by building and maintaining strong, high-value relationships with clients. In collaboration with the sales team, you will develop and execute customized digital marketing strategies that align with each client’s unique goals. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide clients across multiple digital channels to achieve measurable success and drive their online growth. You will work closely with internal teams, including Account Executives and Sales Management to ensure seamless execution and client results. Your focus will be on ensuring long-term client satisfaction while contributing to sustained revenue growth through strategic, results-driven marketing campaigns.

Assist team with digital marketing services sales efforts focused on metrics proven success.Develop digital media strategies based on overall advertiser goals and objectives.Assist sales team members in developing PowerPoint presentations.Evaluate KPIs and optimize campaign performance using a data-driven approach.Perform in-depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that influence short and long-term digital media strategies.Educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and how to achieve greater results.Train and collaborate with Sales Team to enhance their understanding of our digital platforms.Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements & Skills:

BA or BS in Business Marketing, Advertising or Communications preferred.3+ years of digital marketing or media sales preferred.Significant knowledge of the local digital marketing services product offering and effective use for clientsKnowledge of digital product execution, analysis, and reportingMotivated, enthusiastic, self-starter who can work effectively both independently and collaborating in a team environment.Effective communication and client presentation skillsAbility to interact with high-level decision-makers.Ability to execute in an organization through collaboration and a consultative process.Excellent follow-up, strong organizational skills, and attention to detailProven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.Meaningful contributor in sales meetings on digital marketing topics (ex. best practice sharing, industry trends).Work effectively in partnership with the market's sales team to generate digital revenue.Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and a satisfactory driving record.
