The Digital Strategic Account Manager is responsible for developing digital marketing recommendations and advertising campaigns that generate superior outcomes for our clients. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead digital marketing services sales efforts focused on metrics-driven success.Develop media strategies for growth based on overall advertiser goals/objectives.Perform in-depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights & recommendations that influence short term / long term digital media strategy.Educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and how to achieve greater results.Train and collaborate with AEs to enhance their understanding of digital products.Assist sales management team with special projects related to digital salesOther duties as assignedSPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Expertise selling and developing digital marketing campaigns utilizing a variety of products and tactics including CTV/OTT, targeted video, email, SEM, social and more.Strong knowledge and practical application of digital media targeting capabilities and analytics.Excellent presentation skills are essential - Ability to write, design and deliver clear and concise information in a creative and compelling format.Solid time management skills, consistently meets deadlines.Effective problem solving, relationship building and communication skills.Knowledge of media plans, advertising marketplace, and key competition.Can excel in a fast-paced, revenue-driven sales environment.Strong computer skills plus the ability to quickly learn new industry specific software.Professional appearance is a must.Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, mass communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or proven work-related experience preferred.Minimum three years of experience in a strategic role in advertising sales and marketing, preferably within a media or digital marketing company.WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The DSAM must be able to sit, reach, conduct telephone conversations, use electronic mail, write letters and memos, conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups, make decisions without supervision, and work indoors in environmentally controlled conditions. This is an in-office role.
