Digital Strategist (Contract)

What would a Digital Strategist do at Hogarth? 

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Digital Strategist to join our team on a contract basis. This role will bridge the gap between data analytics and actionable insights, working closely with various lines of business (LOBs) to identify opportunities within the digital landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital strategy and analytics, alongside a clear grasp of user experience principles and business objectives. The role requires a mid-weight professional with the ability to think strategically and apply data-driven insights to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance business performance across multiple LOBs. Analyze data and use analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, preferred) to uncover opportunities and areas for growth. Work closely with business teams to understand objectives and translate them into effective digital strategies. Focus on user experience, ensuring all digital strategies align with customer needs and business goals. Leverage insights from data to create actionable recommendations and strategies for improving digital performance. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital strategies align with broader business objectives. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital strategies, adjusting approaches as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital strategy or digital analytics roles, with a strong understanding of strategic thinking. Proficiency in Adobe Analytics (preferred but not mandatory). Strong understanding of the digital landscape, including current trends and technologies. Experience working with data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making. Solid understanding of user experience principles and how to apply them in a digital context. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into clear and actionable strategies for various business stakeholders. A problem-solver who is able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Ability to think critically and strategically to support business objectives. Available to commit on immediate or short notice and open for a 6 months contract term
