At Advanta Middle East, you will support leading global companies in developing and implementing their digital strategies, guiding them through the complexities of Industry 4.0, Smart Cities, and Digital Transformation. What You’ll Do – A Collaborative, Challenging, and Growth-Oriented Role:

As a Digital Strategy Associate Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing digital strategies for clients across various industries. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the development of new digital strategies and business capabilities that will help our clients gain competitive advantage. Contributing to ideation workshops and inspiring clients to adopt innovative solutions that meet their specific needs, supporting them through pilot and implementation phases. As you gain more experience, you will take on increasing responsibility for your own project modules and workstreams. Collaborating with both internal teams and client stakeholders, synthesizing your findings into comprehensive concepts, offering actionable recommendations, and presenting these ideas in a clear, convincing manner. Choosing a ‘contribution topic’ (such as thought leadership, marketing, or team onboarding) that will allow you to impact the team’s culture and operations, enabling you to influence Advanta’s success beyond project-specific tasks.

What You’ll Need – Skills, Experience, and Mindset:

Strong interest in building a career in management consulting, digital strategy, and transformation, ideally with exposure to industries like Smart Cities, Industry 4.0, or Utilities (Power, Water, Renewables). A distinguished academic background, ideally with a degree in business, engineering, natural sciences, or IT from a globally recognized university. Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically. A passion for digital transformation, digital ecosystems, and emerging technologies like AI, ML, IoT, and Cloud. Initial hands-on experience in the Middle East is preferred, with a demonstrated understanding of the regional business landscape. Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex ideas in English, and ideally Arabic as well. A team player with strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a willingness to travel regionally and internationally. A proactive, “can-do” attitude, with a drive to learn and grow within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
