DescriptionDigital Strategy Executive is responsible for supporting Regional digital initiatives to promote the online presence of the brand and the hotels, as well as drive regional top line revenue across Chinese online channels, in accordance to the hotels’ market positioning as well as corporate brand identity and distribution guidelines.

Key Responsibilities\nDay-to-day monitor hotels’ webpages, liaise with hotels in the region to maintain and upgrade content in accordance with Corporate guidelines and instructions. \nManage content management system (CMS) to provide quality control and verify hotel webpages.\nServe as key point of contact to assist hotels with troubleshooting digital-related issues.      \nAssist with Kempinski WeChat Shop day-to day-operation.  \nTake responsibility for campaign planning and implementation to drive traffic and revenue to WeChat Shop; monitor and analyze results for future optimization. \nCoordinate with hotels and third-party agency to ensure the quality of content such as descriptions and photos on WeChat booking mini-program is correct and within brand guidelines. \nDay-to-day coordinate with third party agency to execute media buy campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns. \nSupport F&B digital initiatives, focused on Meituan/Dianping to enhance brand recognition and drive online business. \nComplete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Digital Strategy Manager.\n

Job RequirementsProficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, practical experience in advertising, social media management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and other relevant areas. Familiarity with WeChat Shop preferred. Photoshop proficiency is an asset.

Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics or similar, ability to derive insights from data and use them to inform strategy and drive improvements.

Possess innovative and forward-thinking mindset, stay informed about digital trends and emerging technologies, and apply them to digital strategies.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and drive the execution and success of digital strategies.
