As a CBRE Digital Strategy & Innovation Director, you will be pivotal in driving the strategic direction, innovation, and execution of digital solutions that enhance our competitive edge and deliver exceptional value to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, technological expertise, and leadership skills to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. **What You’ll Do:** + Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for digital innovation and transformation to drive business growth and efficiency. + Lead the ideation, development, and deployment of innovative digital solutions and processes. Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation within the team and across the organization. Significantly improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline. + Assist with the development and implementation of digital strategies. Oversee the integration of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, into business processes. Ensure seamless adoption and utilization of digital tools and platforms. + Enhance customer engagement and satisfaction through innovative digital solutions. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve digital offerings. + Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance and others, to ensure alignment and successful execution of digital initiatives. Establish relationships with clients, external partners and vendors to identify emerging technologies and trends + Establish metrics measure the effectiveness and impact of digital strategies. Monitor and analyze performance data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. + Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new digital processes and technologies. Provide training and support to employees to enhance digital literacy and capabilities. + Manage digital projects from conception to completion to adoption. Coordinate cross-functional teams, set project timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. + Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Experience managing a team of digital professionals. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring + Ability to lead the exchange of critical, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and balance problems. + Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a function. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Digital Strategy & Innovation Director position is $150,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $185,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
