Oversee, lead, and Coach the Digital Team members. Manage their role expectations and provide guidance on how their roles are being executed. Manage their tasks/performance and KPI Steer the digital team to execute digital/social media campaigns that reflect the company’s mission, vision, and other key initiatives Collaborate with the teams to ensure that the campaigns are creative, impactful and measurable Keep up with the latest/emerging trends in digital marketing/ channels that will be beneficial to all the team and NGP clients Conduct quarterly assessments in collaboration with HR on team capabilities and workload to achieve excellence in delivering resultsDigital Business
Manage/track the Digital Business in achieving its set KPI Keep up to date on current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications that can be applied in NGP campaigns. Be on the lookout for new ideas to draw new opportunities for NGP Oversee NGP Assets by defining effective digital platforms/channels to boost the company’s digital footprint/presence leveraging on best practices and trends Explore new avenues/platforms/networks via industry events in digital marketing to drive NGP’s overall direction for digital business growth Collaborate with Team Leads and SEO lead on NGP SEO/social media efforts to increase monthly lead generation Collaborate with Finance in budget development of all digital marketing cost proposals/breakdown Ensure that there is a next-in-line/ Person-in-charge within the team for continuous workflow for all digital projects Evaluate and improve on internal processes to support strategic planning and successful project implementation Perform other tasks as required and assigned by ManagementOutsourced Team
Lead the pre-qualifying review, shortlist and final selection, and onboarding of outsourced team members with HR's support in terms of HR admin instruction. Set goals and objectives —leveraging on best practices in the implementation of designated/assigned projects/deliverables Coach, guide and regularly monitor/track work in progress of the Project Manager and intervene as needed in crucial project concerns Set specific campaign objectives and goals, run analytics on campaign performance, and clearly and effectively communicate all insights to the assigned teams. Encourage, recommend and cultivate new strategies/ideas to keep up in line with the current digital marketing trends Build relationships with high-performing outsourced to ensure long-term engagements and drive excellent project resultsLeadership & Coaching
