As the Digital Supply Chain Manager for DigiFlex team, you will be responsible to drive strategy and execution for content coverage, quality and international expansion. You will play a vital role, split between people and program management, leading highly operational teams and driving cross-functioning projects. Key job responsibilities - Manage a multi-threaded team on tasks associated to content publishing, quality and data labeling. - Provide end to end support for optimization of task related to day to day operations, team productivity, customer experience and workforce metrics. - Manage planning and deliverables for multiple programs, including resource allocation and infrastructure planning. - Work with the team to identify and implement solutions and pilots to drive process efficiencies & business goals. - Proactively gather, analyze, and share data with management to influence business decisions. - Analyze defects and develops programs that fix root causes, escalating when required to drive closure. - Coach and develop the team on operational workflows and employee career growth. - Work closely with tech teams to get all internal tool related issues escalated and resolved. - Exhibit and drive a culture of putting Customers first. - Ensure timely response to all escalations. The DigiFlex Operations Team plays an essential role in ensuring that Prime Video remains the premier global entertainment destination, providing accurate and complete content for our customers. Our team consists of entertainment enthusiasts based in Chennai, Costa Rica, Madrid, and Tokyo, dedicated to ensuring that customers worldwide have access to the content they need, when they need it. We work closely with industry professionals, program managers, and technology teams to maintain world-class entertainment coverage and proactively address content gaps before they impact viewers. Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of team management experience in a digital supply chain environment or operations environment. - Proven track record in leading mid/large, cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction across complex, global digital supply chains. - Proficient in advanced data analysis, business intelligence, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) to identify and implement innovative supply chain solutions. - Strategic mindset with a track record of collaborating with senior leadership to define and execute digital supply chain transformation initiatives that align with broader business objectives. - Business level fluency in English and Japanese to effectively communicate with stakeholders Preferred Qualifications - 1+ year experience and proficiency in the content publishing or quality management domain, specifically in the Post house/Studios industry or digital media/video supply chain; - Proven experience in data analysis, either through professional experience or educational qualifications, and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions; - Passionate about video content, online streaming platforms, and e-commerce, with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and quantitative analytics.
