Full-Time position in the Digital Department

 GYÖNGYÖS, Heves, Hungary

We look for candidates: Digital system Key User admin

Lead small projects or parts of big projects, ensure timely execution in good qualityTrain users, retrain in case of new versions, updates, functions are comingKeep digital system validation documentation up to date and accurateEnsure P&G work process standards are met, train-related applications like PR in/out planner, PRStoryIn case of system failures provide the first level of support, gather data on the floor, support PLC troubleshooting with data, troubleshoot and/or understand network connection issues between servers and production line systemsIn case of larger-scale issues support the central team with local information, open and follow up tickets,  work together with PC&OS and IT teamsCollaborate with system owners of the other plants, share and reapply knowledge and solutions

Job Qualifications

We are looking for:

General IT and OT equipment and system knowledgeFluency of communication in English and Hungarian (written&spoken)Studies: min. technical college/high schoolLeadership skill: Lead projects, programs in multifunctional teamsAble to work either in a team or alone effectively, with precise, fast, and flexible executionStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong priority setting and disciplineHas a positive attitude towards challenges and changesIs flexible and able to work against prioritiesGreat ability to work in a team and eagerness to learnExcellent communication skillsMS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) at an intermediate level is preferredIdeally previous experience of working in an IT or OT support positionThe ideal start of work is as soon as possible
