We're seeking a Digital Talent Recruitment Specialist to expand our network of B2B content creators and ensure high-quality partnerships for our platform. This role is crucial in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding top-tier B2B creators across various niches, ultimately helping tech brands connect with the right voices to amplify their message and drive growth. 

The Impact you’ll makeCreator Discovery & Recruitment\nSource and identify potential B2B content creators primarily on LinkedIn\nEvaluate content quality, style, and audience engagement\nAssess creator expertise and alignment with platform needs\nNetwork Growth & Management \n\nExecute strategic outreach campaigns to potential creators\nManage the creator onboarding process\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with network members\nCampaign Success \nSupport campaign kickoffs with proper creator matching\nEnsure smooth onboarding processes for brands\nFacilitate successful partnership launches\nPlatform Development \nContribute to improving creator evaluation criteria\nProvide insights on creator trends and preferences\nHelp optimize the onboarding experience\n

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nProven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment\nStrong understanding of B2B content creation landscape\nExperience with professional social media platforms, especially LinkedIn\nProficiency in using Slack, Gmail, Intercom, Stripe, Strappy, or similar tools\nA track record of building and maintaining professional relationships\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\nTalent sourcing strategies\nSocial media platform expertise\nCRM and communication tools\nData-driven decision making\nYou should apply if… \nYou're passionate about the creator economy and B2B content\nYou have a natural ability to spot talent and potential\nYou thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments\nYou're excited about building something meaningful in the B2B creator space\nYou're self-motivated and comfortable working independently\n\nWhat to expect...
