In Digital Technology we are seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Program Management Lead on Cost and Quality. In this role you'll have the very unique opportunity to drive status-to-target on cost with responsibility for leading the full Digital Tech team week-to-week, interfacing with the full breadth of hardware we buy here in Digital Tech. You'll be exposed to training on cost analytics tools & best practices in managing a broad team on cost drivers, turnover, opportunities, future business opportunities, and how to find all the items that need to fill the cost hopper to meet our metrics. Separately, this role will be strong support for development of our Electrical Architectures with a focus on - deliverables. Lastly, the analyst joining the team will have some responsibility for leading Quality metrics for the team. Cost and Quality- you'll be front-and-center of the work our CEO is sharing is our top priority!
*This position reports directly to an LL5 with regular opportunities to report out to the LL2 Global Director.
**What you'll do…**
+ Drive leading and lagging indicators for cost achievement. This includes using analytics, working closely with finance, to understand what opportunities we have in Status that require closeout, what opportunities exist that we know about, and what other ideas we can feed in “the hopper” to further boost our cost achievement. This part of the job works closely with our LL2 Global Director to program manage our process.
+ Deliver supplier support through targeted Gemba reviews. In this unique role the Program Management Analyst may have the opportunity to choose sites to help support in our Gemba lean visit plans. This is great learning for those who want to better understand lean principles!
+ Co-lead Electrical Architecture Supply Chain support through reviews with Liz Door. Electrical Architecture are fundamental to the Company's success in competing where experiences, convenience, and connectivity carry the day on customer's purchase decisions.
+ Support delivery of VHM Quality metrics.
**You'll have…**
+ 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Program Management.
+ Advanced proficiency in Excel.
+ Analytics experience and an ability to deliver robust leading and lagging indicators on cost.
+ Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with leadership.

This position is a range of salary grades **7-8** .
