SUMMARY:
This dual role offers an exciting opportunity to play a critical part in advancing our technology landscape at Oshkosh. This position is evenly split, with half of the responsibilities focused on acting as an architect across various technology platforms and the other half dedicated to ServiceNow development. The ideal candidate will define the technological direction while ensuring that our systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices. They will translate business objectives into actionable strategies, proposing and implementing system solutions. This role offers an opportunity to work with stakeholders across our organization to ensure they have the Digital Technology solutions needed to transform their day-to-day activities utilizing purpose built solutions.
YOUR IMPACT:
Lead, through influence, a cross-functional technical team developing solutions to address complex business challenges across multiple technologies.
Serve as a key architectural resource with a focus on Digital Supply Chain, Integration, Automation, Cloud, and Emerging Technologies.
Act as a dedicated ServiceNow Developer by managing bug fixes, optimizing production environments, and ensuring the platform's efficiency.
Utilize best practices and standards across all technology stacks.
Translate business needs into technical applications, optimizing and expanding system usage to drive organizational adoption.
Regularly evaluate technical approaches, workflows, and analytical methods, recommending enhancements where necessary.
Perform hands-on development and solution design within ServiceNow, aligning with broader enterprise goals.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Seven (7) or more years of experience in IT architecture, systems development, or a similar field, with a proven track record in ServiceNow development.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
Advanced expertise in technology systems relevant to this role, such as Digital Supply Chain or Cloud.
Strong financial and technical modeling skills.
Pay Range:
$102,800.00 - $176,800.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
