You will be part of a small team of 2 supporters where 1 is also an intern. We are supporting our users physically in Kolding and Lunderskov + 2 small remote locations in Netherlands.

You will provide day to day support for our users and partake in minor ad hoc projects.

You will be responsible for tasks such as...

    Setting up and installing pc’s    Giving support for Microsoft Office products    Troubleshooting computer hardware issues    Performing simple IT infrastructure tasks (e.g. physical installation of a network switch)    Registering all activities in a service management system    Onsite support for the users    Remote support    Mobile phone support and configuration    Inventory of stock

Qualifications/Requirements

    Have completed the Danish IT Supporter Grundforløb    Fluent in Danish and English    Have a driving license

    Outgoing and friendly    Willing to learn new things    Be comfortable working in an international environment where you often speak English    Be a team player
