We are looking for a Digital Technology Lead, Solutions & Programs to join us in our Information Architecture team based in our office in Braine l’Alleud, Belgium.

 

About the role
You will be leading technology solutions for Patient Solutions, accelerating drug discovery by delivering data platforms that expose and exploit the power of data. Your role will focus on managing projects, implementing innovative solutions, and ensuring the lifecycle management of Patient Solutions technology while optimizing its value.

 

Who you’ll work with
You will work closely with Patient Solutions scientists, IT professionals, and a diverse set of stakeholders, including technology and science experts, senior management, and external partners. You will also engage with enterprise IT services to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

 

What you’ll do

Drive projects from strategic planning to execution and closureManage project scope, budget, timelines, resources, and stakeholdersOversee interdependencies between projects and leverage transversal solutionsInitiate and lead technology selection and improvement initiativesFacilitate Communities of Practice on technology innovationDesign and orchestrate operational, compliance, and support processes for technology landscapeEnsure optimal value is achieved from available technology solutions

 

Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

Master’s degree in a relevant fieldMinimum 6 years of experience in business analysis, functional and technical support for scientific systemsUnderstanding of pharmaceutical or biotechnological researchExperience with data analysis, data management, and integrationStrong knowledge of IT system development lifecycle and validation processesProven experience in project and program management of complex technology implementationsStrong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French would be an advantageAbility to manage financial processes such as project budgeting and sourcing services
