They not only scale and mature solutions to acquire and grow our customer base, but they also support platforms and frameworks, champion engineering excellence and enhance the customer digital experience around partnerships, servicing, lending, marketing rewards, and offers and payments. As a **Digital Technology Product Manager (Shared Experiences)** , you will be working on the **_Customer Experience and Platform Health (CX&PH)_** domain. CX & PH is organized around Domains that are aligned to our customer missions. The Customer Experience and Platform Health domain interfaces with all other domains (Acquisition & Activation, Customer Engagement & Growth, Payments & Lending, Wealth Management, Operations & Service, etc.) in maintaining our digital channels – we own the foundation that other domains build upon. Our mission is to create an environment where work can happen in a distributed manner while feeling like a single, unified customer experience, across our core digital channels including Web (Citi.com pre- and post-login) and Mobile (iOS & Android). Our team drives the strategy across these channels and has overall responsibility for their success. In this role, you will stay abreast of developments within own field and contribute to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. + Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. + Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. + Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. + Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. **Responsibilities:** + Leads the working backwards documents for a platform product release + Uses or commissions research, studies and focus groups to identify best-of-breed benchmarks for solving business problems + Identifies innovations and leads “test and learn” experiments to create platform products that increase customer value + Defines and measures the KPIs for a platform product + Is able to make trade-off decisions on multiple platform products in a portfolio + Develops business and platform requirements for either one platform component of a large platform product or a narrow product + Leverages tools such as Ignite for reusability of APIs and platform services + Determines release goals for a narrow platform product or a component of a large product + Identifies best practices for continuous product development improvement + Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. **Qualifications:** + **6+ years** of experience in a **Product Management** and/or **Strategic Planning** role, with a **focus on wholistic digital solutions** . + **6+ years** of experience collaborating with **technology teams** , including roles that required **direct interaction with software developers** and **product owners** . + Excellent understanding of **Customer Experience (CX) Principles** and best practices for **User Interface (UI)** and **User Experience (UX) Design** . + Ability to craft comprehensive business cases, including financial modeling and setting up **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** . + Proven experience in **End-to-End Digital Product Management** using **Agile Methodologies** and familiar with digital tools such as **JIRA & Confluence** for project tracking and collaboration. + Hands-on experience with the **End-to-End Implementation of Digital Experiences** , from ideation to delivery, including **business case creation, stakeholder alignment, requirements definition, legal and compliance reviews, and execution.** + Ability to maintain a balance between strategic vision and tactical execution, with skills in leveraging data-driven insights to inform product decisions. + Demonstrated skills in building and leading cross-functional teams to deliver on complex product initiatives. + A self-starter who can set clear goals, develop strategies, and execute with minimal oversight. **Education:** Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Technology ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Technology Product Management ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** Irving Texas United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $138,720.00 - $208,080.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
