The person selected for this position will be working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include: Serve as a senior technical resource for standardization of software products Supporting technical platforms, programs and standards Assisting in the development of internal training programs and resources for staff Assisting in managing software licensing and user account creation and closeout Offering IT support, including software deployment and update testing The successful candidate will have all of the following: Associate degree (or higher) in Information Services plus four (4) years of relevant experience --OR— If no degree, six (6) years of experience The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following: CoPilot, Sharepoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 experience Experience with Digital technology Experience creating standards Troubleshooting/Helpdesk experience Experience leading handouts/trainings Experience communicating with different groups of professionals If you have strong communication and customer service skills, are self-motivated, and can work well both independently and as part of a team, complete the online application process for this job posting at www.meadhunt.com/careers.
