Digital Tools Implementation Manager

The Digital Tools Implementation Manager will develop and implement program-level software implementation plans and work with world-area leaders and functional managers to do the same within their organizations. The Implementation Manager will formulate, plan, and implement change programs within the Flow Controls organization and drive digital tool adoption for all stakeholder organizations to meet business objectives. 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Collaborate as part of digital tool program leadership teams in developing and meeting project goals and objectives. Program teams include the Phoenix (Presto) and Integrated Process Management System (Oracle Primavera) teams.  Perform and document organization change and process impact analyses. Develop program-level approaches, plans, schedules, and materials for the promotion and implementation of global, cross-functional digital tools, including communications, resource plans, training, business process integration, and implementation plans. Work with world area and functional leaders to gain alignment and resources for digital tool implementations.  Engage with the regional/functional implementation leaders to support development of and monitor execution of their implementation plans. Track adoption rates and develop plans to increase user adoption. Conduct digital tool training and/or coaching sessions. Define and track metrics, benefits, and business improvement realization. Provide reports and presentations to Global PMO, Digital Tool Program, and world area leadership regarding implementation plans, progress and adoption. Contribute to and support the digital tool projects and programs as needed. Who You Are:   A proven leader and collaborator who can work with both internal and external stakeholders across functional areas to develop, promote, execute, and manage global digital tool implementations and organizational change efforts.  You have experience in project management, process and procedure development, cross-functional leadership, training development and/or delivery, and are a strong communicator.     For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field 5+ years relevant work experience Strong leadership, analytical, project management, process and plan development, communication, and team building skills Proficient in understanding and using complex digital tools and software Ability to work hours aligned with global teams  Ability to travel domestically and globally up to 25%  Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this role Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Experience working with global, cross-functional teams at all levels within Flow Controls’ organization. Experience working with Flow Controls’ sales channel partners. Understanding of Flow Controls’ quote-to-cash processes and tools. Knowledge of Emerson’s customer goals in all kinds of business (KOBs) and as it pertains to multiple industries. Proficiency managing globally diverse teams and gaining trust and consensus.
