**Overview**
The Trafficking Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of advertising campaigns by coordinating the trafficking process. You will be responsible for accurately filling out trafficking sheets and efficiently handling files to be delivered to media agency teams. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities**
● Accurately fill out trafficking sheets with all necessary information, including campaign details, ad creatives, targeting parameters, and delivery instructions.
● Ensure that all trafficking sheets are complete and compliant with relevant guidelines and specifications.
● Coordinate the delivery of advertising files to media outlets according to specified deadlines.
● Verify the integrity and quality of ad files before delivery, ensuring they meet the requirements of each media channel.
● Managing the program with the Account Team, ensuring they are reviewing all elements as prompted by you.
● Manage and oversee multiple campaigns at once, maintaining organization and ensuring timelines are met.
● Troubleshoot any issues related to file delivery and work proactively to resolve them in a timely manner.
● Maintain open and effective communication with media partners to facilitate smooth file delivery and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize trafficking processes and improve efficiency.
● Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on trafficking sheets and ad files to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
● Identify and address any discrepancies or errors in trafficking documentation or ad creatives.
● Maintain comprehensive records of all trafficking activities, including trafficking sheets, delivery confirmations, and any relevant correspondence.
**Qualifications**
● Excellent planner, organizer, and communicator
● Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
● Enjoy working in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment
● Relevant university or college training
● 2+ years of relevant working experience in advertising, media or related fields. Preferably in ad trafficking, media coordination, project management or digital advertising operations.
● Comfortable with ambiguity and strong relationship building skills in order to navigate complex and diverse project needs
● Ability to connect with a diverse group of people, and work collaboratively and actively in a dynamic environment
● Entrepreneurial attitude, able to problem-solve autonomously within a variety of project environments
● Discipline to meet their commitments and ensure team members meet theirs
● Demonstrate positive, mature and professional behavior with a “can-do” attitude
● Experience with common project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet) and corporate/cloud systems (Box, Google Apps etc.)
● Familiarity with advertising industry standards, guidelines, and best practices.
● Expertise in Microsoft Excel
● Written French is an asset
