This OT Security Trainee position offers you the perfect opportunity to gain an insight into the various disciplines of BASF's cyber security organization. It is planned that you will work in the following teams as part of the trainee program.

Main Tasks:
运营技术安全

Operational Technology Security Resilience
-Support us protect the OT infrastructure from potential cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
-Support us develop and implement security measures, conduct risk assessments.
-Support us establish policies and procedures to safeguard critical OT assets and data

Operational Security Culture
- Optimize security awareness training materials based on the employee profile in the China region.
- Coordinate / Provide regular security training for IBP(internal Business Partners) to enhance their security awareness.
- As AI continues to develop and be introduced, support BASF safely implement AI tools and protect its assets.

Operational Security Consulting
-Handle requests from our internal Business partners on security-related topics and forward them to the correct team in our organization who can help. Track progress of the requests
-Support business in following internal processes related to Cyber Security, such as Provider assessment or Compliance Self-Check

Application Security
- Guide application teams to integrate security testing solutions, such as ransomware maturity assessment, vulnerability scan, application code canning etc., during the development process.
- Familiar with secure coding knowledge, providing suggestions for vulnerability fixes to the developers.

Job Requirements:
