We are looking for a Digital Training Analyst to work with our Emerson Flow Controls Team. You will be working along with the Global Digital Customer Experience team on its initiatives such as creation of product & solution training aides using latest technologies, data integration with MyEmerson platform, application maintenance, data analysis, metrics reporting and user support.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Support Global Digital Customer Experience team for all the digital product & solution training needs. Create, manage, and maintain digitized product & solution training modules/applications for internal and external customers using next gen technologies such as Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, GlTF experiences, etc. Understand MyEmerson platform and support integration of digitized product & solution training modules/applications within MyEmerson. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SME) on the product & solution training contents and deliver an engaging digital learning experience based on the learning objectives of the course. Collaborate with SME and ensure the source content has a positive learning impact on the audience. Craft a storyboard or curate existing online resources and build online product & solution training modules. Leverage existing 3D models for creating product & solution training applications. Evaluate, test, and configure new use cases for digital product & solution training needs as required. Keep a track of latest technology trends in the market and evaluate their applicability for enhancing Digital Customer Experience. Track change and enhancement requests and software updates, and perform and report impact analysis on the current application development, reports, training, documentation, processes, etc. Plan and coordinate testing of changes and upgrades. Monitor, track, triage and manage support requests. Provide user support by diagnosing and resolving issues and answering usage-related questions. Escalate problems to the software vendor as needed and track through resolution. Periodically monitor the applications for data integrity. Notify users to make needed updates. Maintain configuration documentation and/or software. Monitor software license usage. Develop and maintain reports using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, SQL. Develop work plans and track/report status of assigned projects and tasks. Provide oral and written reports to managers and stakeholders. Maintain knowledge of relevant technologies and applications. Maintain record of work done.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar Minimum 2 years of relevant knowledge & experience Good understanding in Augmented Reality & Virtual Reality concepts and latest trending technologies Good knowledge in JavaScript and Python Good knowledge in handling 3D models Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 tools such as Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, etc. Good English written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively work with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to be the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering software applications. Ability to learn new content areas and skills quickly and thoroughly. Professional attitude and work habits. Problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to understand software and tools and how they are used to support business processes. Ability to introduce, analyze, and execute ideas, processes, and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Experience in the Control valve industry. Understands business function related to the application. Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate 360, etc. Experience in SolidWorks
