We are looking for a dedicated Digital Transformation Business Analyst like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** As the Digital Transformation Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the design, development, and implementation of HR transformation initiatives. You will work closely with HR stakeholders, IT, and business leaders to understand business needs, analyze current state processes, and define future state solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and data, as well as experience with business analysis methodologies and tools. **Your responsibilities will include:** + Partner with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements. + Conduct current state assessments of HR processes, systems, and data. + Design and document future state processes and solutions. + Develop business cases and ROI analyses for proposed solutions. + Support the implementation of HR technology solutions, including testing, training, and change management. + Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather requirements. + Create process maps, data flow diagrams, and other documentation. + Develop and maintain project plans and timelines. + Track and report on project progress and risks. + Provide support to end-users during and after implementation. **Job Requirements include:** + 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an HR function. + Proven experience supporting HR transformation initiatives. + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or a related field. + Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and Project. + Experience with HR technology systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
