Digital Transformation Junior Program Manager
Overview Responsible for leading the execution of special and digitalized projects for 2 categories (Beverages, Snacks) in the department. The role is responsible for: Lead of digital transformation projects (e.g suggested order, NBA) Produce, manipulate and interpret programmes/platform outputs to facilitate use by local teams / tools. Support integration of transformation programmes outputs into local business processes. Identify and escalate any issues with transformation programmes performance. Identify and escalate opportunities to enhance and expand digital transformation agenda Act as lead point of contact with fields How do we work and what do we offer? Be a leader of transformational projects in digital area (e.g. suggested order, NBA) Effective support for Digital Transformation managers in context of preparation, coordination and administration as well as post evaluation of tailor made activities for Digital Transformation Teams and next implementation new solutions to all GTM TT, AFH and OT Collaborate with local stakeholders to co-create capabilities, tools & processes to drive efficiency, effectiveness & sufficiency in terms of suggested order for SRs, local digital ordering and customer engagement approach, Image recognition Develop best practices for digital ordering/customer engagement and scale lifting and shifting learnings between different GTM (AFH, TT) Actively taking part in application/programme testing, deployment and supervising Active support with developing programme/application initiatives on time/within budget and communicate to ensure business objectives are achieved Analytics of intermediate / final results and integration learnings concerning deployment of digital transformation projects (digital ordering, customer engagement) Formulate hypotheses, plan and execute models for measurements/ROI analyses, share results with key leaders Active support with creating communication materials and system solutions to provide best class activation/tools for Sales force Weekly/ monthly reporting/ targets calculation/recommendation Collecting and processing feedback from platform/programme users through surveys, field visits Qualifications What will you bring to the team? Analytical, technical (system, application) & problem solving skills Strong interpersonal skills, ability to engage non direct reports of different levels Excellent time management & prioritisation Flexibility to adapt to changing business environment Excellent planning & organization English language at least intermediate At least 4-5 years experience working in sales activation / sales / trade marketing/as analyst Excellent knowledge Excel; Power Point (nice to know)
