Digital Transformation Manager

Key Accountabilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Identify key digital marketing trends and tools to drive innovation and enhance digital presence.

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Content Management:

Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and compliant content for digital channels, including websites, social media, and email campaigns. Collaborate with medical and regulatory teams to ensure content accuracy and adherence to industry regulations.

Website Management:

Manage the company’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines. Work with IT and web development teams to implement website enhancements and new features.

Social Media Management:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering a positive online community.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze website traffic, social media interactions, and other digital metrics using tools like Google Analytics. Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.

Budget Management:

Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Negotiate with vendors and partners to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Compliance and Legal:

Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with industry regulations, including FDA, EMA, and other relevant guidelines. Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to review and approve content.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and IT, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business strategies. Communicate digital marketing plans and performance to stakeholders across the organization

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, life science or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred Relevant certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or similar areas are a plus. 5-7 years’ experience in marketing with at least 3 years’ solid experience in digital project Previous experience in digital agencies within Multinational and Local companies is a plus.
