Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

In your role as a Digital Transformation Specialist – Quality & Regulations, you will work in a committed and competent team to create a modern, digital, and holistic working environment. You drive the definition and development of data-driven and connected processes for all Siemens Healthineers units.You define a future-oriented digitalization strategy (short- and mid-term) within the area of Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs for all related processes and their interfaces. You shape the North Star for digitalization to maintain market access and compliance through your regulatory expertise.You act as a digital ambassador for our Healthineers Business Lines and Horizontals for a harmonized solution, providing expertise and guidance.You lead innovative digital initiatives and proof of concepts, defining use cases and ensuring they are aligned with regulatory requirements and process objectives.You drive process excellence through digital transformation, advocating for continuous improvement and innovation and gain efficiency.You act as a thought leader for all Healthineers business units on end-to-end digitalization, considering breakthrough innovations from technology leaders and internal communities, global working groups and best practices from other industries.You will work in international, cross-functional teams on requirements definition, solution design and all subsequent phases of a successful implementation of our digital solutions.

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a university degree in (biomedical) engineering, data sciences, informatics, computer sciences, or a related field.You have many years of professional experience in digitalization activities, projects and are familiar with strategy definition.You are familiar with the quality management and regulatory requirements of medical technology (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA 21CFR820, EU MDR/IVDR).Ideally, you are familiar with agile development methods (e.g., SCRUM, SAFe)You have experience with common digital platforms within Siemens Healthineers.


Your attributes and skills:

You have a very good command of English. German is an advantage.You are good at analysing and structuring complex issues and finding effective solutions that can be integrated into the digital landscape. You present your solutions with a high degree of persuasiveness and professionalism.You will impress us with your strong social and communication skills, which are essential for this role.Strategic thinking and action, strong analytical skills and organisational talent are also part of your profile.You have a passion for digital pioneering.
