Digital Web Operations Manager

Emerson is looking to add a Digital Web Operations Manager to our Shakopee, MN office. You will lead our digital web strategy to deliver our customers an industry leading digital experience. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in cross-functional environments, excels in balancing stakeholder needs, and is passionate about building networks to amplify results.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Lead the web operations team responsible for supporting the end-to-end web operations of the digital platform, including activities like delivery of digital content, process and workflow optimization, and ensuring quality assurance with an emphasis on Adobe Experience Manager. Act as the primary liaison between IT, marketing, content teams, and external partners to align web strategies with business objectives. Drive a forward-thinking vision for web operations, finding opportunities to apply new technologies, and current trends while translating business goals into actionable digital strategies. Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve sophisticated web operational challenges, anticipate risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent, engaging, and high-quality digital experience. Establish KPIs while regularly reporting on performance, provide insights to guide decision-making, and apply analytics to advise improvements and drive better outcomes for customers and the business.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. 6+ years experience in Digital or working with related web-based products Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team, both locally and remotely. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of web technologies, user experience principles, and digital marketing. Drive a forward-thinking vision for web operations, finding opportunities to apply new technologies and current trends while translating business goals into actionable digital strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously 10-15% travel Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Strong knowledge and experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), specifically Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Proficient knowledge of web technologies, integration methodologies, and standard processes. Experience with translation workflows, including working with translation management services (TMS).

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $104,576-119,515 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
