Details of the job description include: **WHAT YOU WILL DO** • Responsible for managing and configuring SharePoint and OneDrive for Business administration, controls, permissions, and log maintenance. • Responsible for managing and configuring the Hybrid wizard, mail flow connectors, and rules. • Experience in creating and designing SharePoint modern sites and pages. • Develop Exchange/SharePoint PowerShell scripts to automate provisioning and deployment processes. • Hands-on experience in migrating SharePoint site data from one platform to SharePoint Online. • Good experience in customizing SharePoint: site definitions, themes, custom web parts. • Experience in building SharePoint Framework solutions (SPFx) Also should have experience in building and managing the SharePoint Sites & Pages • Experience with PowerShell scripts, RestAPI, GraphAPI. • Monitor SharePoint/OneDrive issues, such as site storage threshold breaches, and develop automated countermeasures. • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Teams Admin Center. • Knowledge of working with Azure functions, web services, MySQL. • Knowledge of Office 365 reporting, licensing, and health validation. • Validate RUN Books and SOPs, obtaining sign-off from stakeholders. • Prioritize tasks, mentor team members, assist with problem escalation, and communicate significant problems or issues to management • Working hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST/IDT, Monday through Friday. **WHO YOU ARE** • Configure, administer, secure, and troubleshoot Office 365 tenant SharePoint Online, PowerApps, and OneDrive for Business configurations. • Capture and document risks and dependencies for each SharePoint DLP, site level, eDiscovery, and security component in the environment. • Proficient with Office 365 tools and technologies including email, OneDrive, mail routing SMTP, email security, DLP SharePoint Online, Teams, Teams Phone, Teams Rooms, call center telephony, and apps. • Prepare design documents and obtain approvals from internal and client architects. • Review performance logs and monitor system performance for all Microsoft 365 services. • Develop PowerShell and utility scripts to automate repetitive tasks where feasible. • Good experience in customizing SharePoint: site definitions, themes, custom web parts. • Experience in building SharePoint Framework solutions (SPFx). • Experience with PowerShell scripts, RestAPI, GraphAPI. • Investigate Office 365 and azure alerts and address compliance breaches. • Assist in integrating new acquisitions and other project initiatives. • Handle tickets/tasks until resolution/completion, managing multiple open cases simultaneously. • Research, resolve, and respond to inquiries via telephone, email, and tickets promptly and in accordance with standards. **WHO IS VONTIER** Vontier (NYSE: VNT) is a global industrial technology company uniting productivity, automation and multi-energy technologies to meet the needs of a rapidly evolving, more connected mobility ecosystem.
