Digital Workplace Lead China
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive the development and implementation of the digital workplace strategy in China, aligning with global guidelines and best practices Oversee and coordinate the following areas: User Productivity: notebooks, desktop PCs, mobile devices, IoT devices, endpoint management, communication technology, mobile telephony, landline, contact center, fax, and print; User Collaboration: M365, enterprise standard collaboration tools, video conferencing solutions, and live events; User Support: service desk, onsite support, process management, automation, and self-healing capabilities Lead and manage diverse product teams, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of digital workplace services Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies and solutions to enhance the digital workplace experience Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirement
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven track record of driving digital transformation and innovation in a large organization Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies, including M365, Workspace One, MS Intune, Teams, Cisco, Zoom, and other collaboration tools Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational needs and priorities Strong technical skills, including knowledge of digital workplace technologies, IT service management frameworks, and cloud-based solutions Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
