As Digitalization Engineer you will ensure compliance with the plan, phases, and implementation of strategic digitization projects of the plant Identify new project opportunities to be implemented in the plant.
Calculate cost - benefit and feasibility of strategic projects.
Provide timely monitoring of strategic digitization projects.
Support the digitization leader and the work team to solve obstacles and ensure the implementation of digitalization projects on time.
Support the operation of the MES system. Ensure data safy and contingency plan.
Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
The main missions of the role are:
- First level support for MES system.
- Ensure data traceability completeness.
- Consolidate the organizational structure of the digitalization area.
- Consolidate the link with the management team, to ensure the implementation of projects!
- Involve the required personnel in each strategic project!
- Promote the generation of digitalization ideas with all management team.
- Ensure the alignment of digitalization projects with the PIP and strategic plan.
- Coordinate multiple teams for MES daily operation.
- Support and participate in the creation of methods to ensure the performance of the site’s management systems.Your profile and competencies to succeed - Industrial engineer, mechatronics, systems, and programming
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the industrial sector (preferably in the automotive sector.
- Data management JavaScript, Python, C++ software management
- Good communication skills to drive to solutions.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
- Fluency in English
Experience:
- Experience in an international environment
- Experience in coordination of savings projects
- Knowledge and management of office packages and SAP
- Experience in manufacturing processes for various commodities
