Siemens Xcelerator at Mobility is an open, digital business platform designed to drive the digital transformation of the rail industry. It offers a comprehensive, curated portfolio that includes digital and IoT-enabled solutions such as software, services and connected hardware.
The aim of the platform is to create open interfaces for the continuous exchange of data between different subsystems of the rail network in order to improve system availability, punctuality and train utilization.
For Xcelerator at Mobility, we have established a program office to act as an information hub to coordinate all digital business platform activities across divisions and regions and as an interface to Siemens AG.
What do you contribute?
In your new role, you will take over the organization of the Xcelerator Program Office. The goal is for you to take over the management of the Program Office in the foreseeable future. You will prepare the regular reporting to our Siemens Mobility (SMO) management and Siemens AG. You will also support the generation and preparation of content for executive meetings and for our employee communications. You will lead special projects, such as the creation of the SMO Sales Booklet for InnoTrans or new Xcelerator learning content. For our internal and external stakeholders, you are the central point of contact for messages, contacts and materials relating to the Siemens Xcelerator at Mobility.What do you bring along?
You hold an excellent university degree (Master's/Diploma) in economics, computer science or engineering with a digitalization focus from a renowned institution. You impress with several years of experience in consulting or in an industrial/technology company, preferably in the rail or mobility sector with a digital focus. You have excellent project management skills, are practiced in dealing with stakeholders at all levels and are able to prepare results appropriately for a top management target group. You also have experience in international environments and have proven your skills in cross-functional teams. Fluent language skills in German and English enable you to communicate at the highest level.What do we offer you?
