What do you contribute?

In your new role, you take on the development and implementation of digitalization ideas for (existing) processes or manage the development of digitalization solutions (e.g. with internal development partners). You will ensure adherence to planned deadlines and costs. Based on your analysis of existing business processes you will create proposals for optimizations or digitalization in collaboration with process owners. You will support the introduction and maintenance of digital tools and systems such as QlikSense, UiPath, or ChatGPT. Furthermore, you will train and support employees in using new technologies.  

What do you bring along?

You hold a university degree in business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification. In addition, you have excellent IT skills and a high willingness to familiarize yourself with new IT tools. You already have knowledge of at least one programming language, ideally SQL, VBA or Python, as well as previous experience with AI tools. Ideally, you have initial professional experience in the field of digitalization or IT project management and already have gained initial knowledge in the development or implementation of new digital technologies. Furthermore, you have an interest and expertise in visualizing complex data using appropriate business intelligence tools. Analytical thinking skills, enjoyment in working with (international) teams, and problem-solving abilities are among your qualities. For your role with a global scope, you will have very good command of German and English round off your personal profile.
