This position is to support the Intelligent Production Systems manufacturing site, whose scope is a electro-mechanical assembly and test as well as a multitude of purchased complete and passthrough products.

As an inspector, you will be responsible for:

Receiving inspection of both third party and Baker designed productsThorough paperwork / databook inspectionDimensional inspection for machined partsVisual and traceability inspectionsVerifying customer requirements are metWriting and communicating nonconformance reports on product out-of-specificationPerform daily verification on inspection equipment to be in good working condition and within calibration requirementsAble to work with customer representatives and follow customer requirements per Quality PlansVerifying tests as required on all components and completed assembliesInspect components, subassemblies, and assemblies to requirementsIdentifying enhancements in processes and procedures to improve performance

To be successful in this role you will have:

Qualifications/Requirements:

5 years’ minimum experience in dimensional inspectionsHigh School diplomaSufficient ability to read drawings and engineering procedures and interpret technical data
