The Dimensional Variation Analyst is responsible for supporting 3D variation analysis (DVA) requirements as part of GEA's dimensional control strategy to manage and reduce dimensional variation in manufactured products. The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of statistical process control, dimensional tolerancing, and root cause analysis.

**How You'll Create Possibilities**
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**

+ Support the Dimensional Variation Analysis activities on new product designs and facilitate dimensional design optimization, locator verification, and process datum coordination.
+ Support robust application use of GD&T, functional datums and locators.
+ Promote and cultivate a digital-focused culture that leverages the latest digital engineering tools and methods to enhance engineering efficiency.
+ Leverage GEA's Model Based Definition processes to streamline design optimization and lean product development through digital re-use.
+ Support Onshore Team and Engineers with analysis requests and updates.
+ Communicate requirements and observations early and efficiently to help the Product teams.
**Position Requirement**
+ Work with limited domain guidance in cross-functional team environment and onshore DVA team is USA.
+ Proficient in GD&T and able to provide suggestions based on analysis observations and findings.
+ Proficient in making vector loops and performing worse case analysis.
+ Proven ability of problem-solving skills, self-learning abilities and shown track record of technical excellence.
+ Proficient technical communication skills to interact with stakeholders and DVA team.
**What You'll Bring to Our Team**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in using 3DCS software for DVA
+ 5+ years of experience in product design engineering or DVA.
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Strong experience in product design engineering or DVA in consumer products, automotive or other comparable industry.
+ Skilled in using 3DCS software for DVA.
+ Strong understanding of statistical process control, dimensional tolerancing, and root cause analysis.
+ Proficient technical communication skills, ability to influence optimized design solutions.
+ Skilled in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), Model-Based Definition experience preferred.
+ Experienced in CAD environments, Creo experience preferred.
+ Experienced in working with PLM systems online, Windchill experience preferred.
