Memory Care program manager is accountable for implementing the Dimensions Program, encouraging participation and ownership from all assisted living/memory care staff. Manages and supervises the programmatic, physical and educational operations of Dimensions Community in meeting the resident's/family's needs and expectations. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary building team and provides education to staff/families to adequately equip them to interact effectively with residents experiencing dementia. This full time schedule includes; 80 hours per pay period day shift MOD rotation Responsibilities: Provides leadership and supervision to staff, volunteers, and/or students. Establishes and supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer satisfaction. Implement and maintain the Dimensions Program. Serves as the Dimensions Champion for the site, attending Ebenezer’s Dimensions Trainings and ongoing Dimensions Champions training. Develop program and activities reflective of Dimensions Community resident interests In Partnership with the Executive Director (ED) and DHS, develops budget, routinely monitors financial activities, and maintains accurate financial records. Supports a marketing plan aimed at full occupancy. Required Qualifications Associate of Arts less than 1 year Drivers License (in good standing) Must be insurable under the employer’s/communities Auto Insurance Coverage MN Only: Medical Examiner’s Certificate performed by a medical examiner listed on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners under subpart D of part 390 of this chapter indicating they are physically capable of driving a CMV.
