Overview The Dimensions Program Manager (Memory Care Director) role owns the financial, physical and programmatic operations our Memory Care to meet the resident’s needs and expectations at our senior living community in Naples, Florida. Establishes and supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer happiness. Implement and maintain the Dimensions Program. Develop program and activities reflective of Dimensions Community/Unit resident interests. In conjunction with the Executive Director (ED) and DHS/DON, develops budget, routinely coordinates financial activities, and maintains accurate financial records. Supports a marketing plan sought at full occupancy. Qualifications Required: Associates's Degree Required 1 Year experience Experience with Microsoft Office High level interpersonal skills and ability to interact efficiently with older adults Active Driver's License in good standing Preferred: Bachelor's Degree 1-3 years experience with memory care individuals Benefit Overview
