A Dinner Assistant Server supports the smooth execution of meal service during peak times in our Frenchy Bar et Brasserie. A twist on French classic inspired cuisine, our sinfully delicious plates bring a new level of excitement to the table.

Nestled in the heart of Hilton Toronto, our venue effortlessly transitions from morning café au lait to late-night indulgence.

Key Responsibilities

\n

To successfully fill this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following experience, knowledge, and skills: 

\n\n Expedite food to tables; ensure guests have received appropriate meals based on seating \n Create authentic connections in every interaction and elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with guests\nDemonstrate a complete knowledge and understanding of all steps of service \nAssist all guests with any inquiries or requests in a pleasant, helpful, and service-oriented manner \n

Additional Requirements

\n

We are also looking for the following skills and behaviours: 

\n\nPrevious work experience in a restaurant/food and beverage setting\nPositive attitude and excellent interpersonal communication skills \nWillingness to learn new concepts and ideas\nTeam player focused on exceptional customer service\nFlexible schedule, must be able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays\nMust be Smart Serve Certified\n\n
