BE PART OF THE CONNECTION 

As a Director, Billing Solutions on the Billing Strategy & Design team, you are responsible for strategic leadership of billing operations professionals who use current technology to maximize effectiveness and accuracy of existing systems. You will lead the planning and establish long-term strategic initiatives to ensure integration of current and future technologies.

Leading teams who are responsible for the development of solutions to complex billing problems and works with system designers to integrate these solutions with the existing systemsLeading the planning and implementing long-term strategic initiatives to ensure integration of current and future technologiesAdvising on methods to improve business processes and billing related changesLeading the billing and workforce management enhancement efforts to include associated applications to support the long term and operational needs of the Residential, Commercial and other businessesEnsuring the team monitors and analyzes the operation of systems to ensure the effective delivery of billing information


On a given day you’ll manage a diverse scope of projects where analysis of a situation or data requires evaluation of many factors, including current business trends. You’ll thrive in this role if you have a passion for leadership and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM 

Required Qualifications

Experience: Managing complex programs or projects: 8 years or more; Management experience: 5 years or moreEducation: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or related field, or equivalent experienceSkills: Working knowledge of Process ManagementAbilities: Define key performance indicators/metrics; analyze & interpret data; document, and deliver data-driven presentations; supervise and motivate others; develop strong working relationships with peers and project members; conduct risk assessments and develop risk elimination or mitigation plansTravel Ability: Minimal travel required

Preferred Qualifications

Telecommunications experience preferred
