The Director of Finance role will be a key part of the leadership team and have broad exposure to Elior-NA operations and strategy. A successful candidate will serve as a strategic business partner providing direct support to our Healthcare Segment that includes, being the primary finance business partner, financial planning, forecasting and analysis, capital planning, participation in month-end closing and ownership of financial statements. The Director of Finance is the strategic partner to the Chief Finance Officer and Segment President and will partner with the business operators to ensure accountability, develop KPI's and own the budget/planning process. The ideal candidate will look for an opportunity to take accountability for the financial operations of one of our fastest growing segments. This role is based out of our Houston, TX office located at 4920 Westway Park Blvd. Houston, TX 77041. We would like this person in office 4 days a week. \#indeedelior \#LIGG1 **What you'll be doing:** + Serve as finance business partner by leading the financial reporting and analysis for assigned segment(s) within Elior-NA + Provide budget oversight, trend analysis, variance analysis and guidance to support the business, including the development of the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and longer-term financial plans. + Recommend, develop, implement, and ensure compliance with financial practices and policies; analyze and lead process improvements. + Evaluate the P&L and related Operating reports to create "actionable insights" for the leadership team to improve operating results and ensure diligent follow-up. + Develop and implement tools and processes to drive business improvement. + Identify and recommend opportunities for cost-saving and profit maximization. + Prepare presentations for executive management. + Involved in setting the vision and strategy of the ENA finance team reporting into this role + Attract, retain, and develop a talented group of financial leaders to support the financial operations at ENA + Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to develop creative solutions to complex issues which improve performance. **What we're looking for:** _Must-haves:_ + Minimum of 8 year's related finance experience + Bachelor's degree in related area. + Team player with a great attitude + Must work in office 4 days a week and ability to travel 10-20% + Demonstrated excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, and reporting. + Demonstrated success in effectively communicating and presenting information to executives. + Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required. + Ability to work in a fast paced and growing business. + Strong qualitative, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. + A keen attention to detail. + Willing to take the initiative, be creative and "think outside the box." + Experience and success working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. _Nice-to-haves:_ + Previous experience in the contract services industry + Master's degree or MBA **Where you'll be working:** This role is located in office 4 days a week in our brand new corporate headquarters located 4920 Westway Park Blvd. Houston, TX 77041. **Our Benefits:** + Medical (FT Employees) + Dental + Vision + Voluntary UNUM offering for Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity + Discount Program + Commuter Benefits (Parking and Transit) + EAP + 401k + Sick Time + Holiday Pay (9 paid holidays) + Tuition Reimbursement (FT Employees) + Paid Time Off **About Elior North America:** Elior North America is an equal opportunity employer.
