**Job Description** **Job Summary** Provides leadership and direction to their Sales channels in all approved Molina markets. Serve as the primary contact for their channel's sales and distribution of assigned Molina products and work cross-functionally across the organization with State leadership and MHI Enterprise for strategy development and execution resolution of operational issues. Work with data management and business analysts to enable data empowered decision making to grow and retain membership. Supports sales management and their staff in the development and enhancement of relationships with local market sales channels, including providers and community leaders who influences Molina's reputation and the enrollment decisions of our target populations. Helps to create and regularly reviews the reports and scorecards used to evaluate sales and compliance results as well as regularly spending time in each region meeting with key personnel to provide a clear view of organizational objectives, key priorities, successes, challenges, and an overall commitment to their success **Knowledge/Skills/Abilities** • Achieve assigned retention and enrollment goals • Oversees the development and implementation of recruiting, hiring, orientation, and training activities of their sales channels (managers/agents/reps) on both a national and state by state level. Ensures sales channels complete the required national, Product, Sales Skills and Compliance training. Provides ongoing WWW based job specific and career development support for each Direct report • Assists leadership in the design and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and policies for the Sales organization. Provides the day-to-day leadership necessary to ensure that each Manager has the best opportunity for success in their specific geographic market(s). • Works closely with other leaders and their direct reports to facilitate the development of successful and compliant lead generation, appointment scheduling, event management, territory development, enrollment, and retention processes. • Collaborates with field sales, operations and enrollment growth teams to leverage existing and new CBO/FBO relationships. • Functions as the first review and feedback point for their assigned team for all responses to allegations or CTMs arising from our broker channel, and works with Compliance and Sales Operations to quickly and appropriately complete the process. • Works closely with leadership to develop and implement sales strategies and best practices. Meets and communicates extensively with other units at corporate and state plan level to ensure policies, programs and strategies achieve the state's membership targets. • Provides or facilitates the training and support necessary for their team to maximize the sales support software and processes. • Demonstrates an understanding of CMS and State compliance requirements and holds management team and agents to the same standards. Able to travel throughout assigned territory as needed Support leadership with growth initiatives as needed **Job Qualifications** **Required Education** Bachelor's Degree in health related degree or equivalent experience. **Required Experience** 5 - 10 years experience working in the Medicare or Medicaid managed healthcare sales/prior successful sales experience. Prior management or supervisory experience. Knowledge of Federal and State regulations in a managed care environment mandatory **Required License, Certification, Association** Active State Life and Health and/or Disability License without infraction. **Preferred Education** Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare management. **Preferred Experience** Experience managing large teams of sales people in multiple locations To all current Molina employees: If you are interested in applying for this position, please apply through the intranet job listing.
