Summary

The Director, CDH Business Services is responsible for the management of IT resources including FTEs, contract labor, operational and capital expenses, and project funds. This position provides critical financial modeling, financial metrics or data analysis as required by the scenario or project requests. This position will oversee CDH optimization efforts to include contracts, processes, application rationalization, and offshoring operations. This individual will also oversee CDH contracting, providing analysis and oversight of all CDH contract requests and coordination with all required stakeholders. The Director has direct supervision responsibility over the SPVR CDH Finance & Value Realization, the Business Optimization Manager, and the Manager, CDH Contracting and Purchasing.

Minimum Experience Required
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in financial analysis, healthcare finance or business
administration
• At least three (3) years of financial modeling or forecasting, preferably applicable to healthcare.
• 5 years progressive leadership experience.

Minimum Skills/Specialized Training Required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to interact with all levels of
management.
• Strong quantitative, analytic and problem-solving skills to evaluate all aspects of a problem or
opportunity to make or facilitate appropriate decisions.
• Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to drive multiple concurrent projects to
completion in a complex, consensus-oriented environment.
• Ability to react quickly to change.
• Ability to think independently and demonstrate appropriate professional maturity to substantiate
and discuss opinions and interpretations.
• Ability to effectively communicate and maintain credibility with all levels within the organization.
• Effective presentation skills.

Preferred Experience
• Master’s degree strongly preferred
• Experience with planning, budgeting, productivity and forecasting systems.
• Experience in financial analysis in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with financial data.
• Proficient at developing presentations and presenting results.

Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting or related
field

Master's Degree Finance, Accounting or related field.
