Job Description

This position plays a critical role in managing all aspects of strategic planning, business planning, performance monitoring and internal coordination/engagement to ensure the sustainable growth momentum for company China.  The key role and responsibility include but not limited to the following:

Lead key leadership engagement and events to ensure effective cascade and pull through of the yearly strategic & business prioritiesLead major corporate events, such as company China annual meeting and CIIEOrganize and arrange EC visit planning and briefingsPrepare executive/board reviewsFacilitate the CLT & COC meetings, including preparation, follow-up and trackingFacilitate the Regional Business Reviews and EngagementsKeep track of external/internal events and provide briefings/debriefingsConsolidate & provide executive level insights on organizational/corporate KPIsOther projects and tasks assigned

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree (BS or BA)Solid business acumen with minimum 10 years working experience in commercial (sales, marketing, or supporting functions), finance or strategic planning functionsStrong analytical skills and project management capabilityGreat negotiator, and change management leader; ability to drive change and influence decision makingDemonstrated good leadershipExcellent interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders from a variety of disciplines at all levels (from senior leaders to working teams)Fluent and strong communication skills (verbal or written) in Chinese and English

Preferred:

Advanced degrees (MBA, MS, MD, or PhD)Demonstrated ability to understand, extract and communicate complex informationStrong multi-task management aimed at executing and delivering in a disciplined way on strategic and business priorities thru influence and positive reinforcementExperience in applying problem solving methodologies in transactional environments,Experience in change initiatives, in growth mindset, and in innovative approaches especially in the pharmaceutical industryEase to navigate between strategic thinking and tactical execution
